North & Linden is a British Columbia-based provider of remote administrative and operations support. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and deliver agreed services.
When you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address and message. When you schedule a discovery call through Calendly, scheduling and contact details, including your chosen meeting time, are processed to arrange the appointment. Google Meet is used for video calls. If you become a client, we may process additional business information and records needed to perform services you authorize.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the website contact form unless we have agreed on an appropriate secure method.
We use personal information to respond to questions, arrange discovery calls, provide and administer services, maintain business records, protect our systems and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use inquiry details to add you to a marketing mailing list without an appropriate legal basis.
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and related security services; Web3Forms for website contact submissions; Calendly for scheduling; Google Calendar and Google Meet for appointments; and Cloudflare Email Routing, Gmail and Brevo for business email delivery and sending. These providers may process information in Canada or other countries, where different privacy laws may apply. Their own privacy notices may also apply when you use their services.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate the business, when authorized, or when required by law.
Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, to deliver and protect this website. The website contact form uses Web3Forms, and booking links open Calendly, which operates its own website and technologies. We do not intentionally use advertising pixels on this website. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, we will review and update this policy and applicable consent measures.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, our business records or applicable legal requirements, and take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
You may contact us to ask how your personal information is handled, request access to or correction of information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable law.
